Terms and Conditions - Autocaster by EmberCode A/S

1. General Information
These terms and conditions apply to the use of AutoCaster, a software developed and owned by EmberCode ApS, CVR no. 44346842. EmberCode is headquartered at Skovkanten 1, Tommerup, Funen, and can be contacted via email at kontakt@embercode.dk or by phone at +45 26235626.

2. Subscription and Payment
AutoCaster offers subscription-based services. By subscribing, you enter into an agreement with EmberCode for the use of the AutoCaster software.

Pricing: Prices are based on usage, where the cost per calculation decreases as the number of calculations increases. Please see our pricing page for the current rates.

Billing: We bill monthly, based on your average usage over up to three months. Invoices are sent via email and must be paid within 14 days.

Commitment: There is no binding commitment beyond the current month + 30 days. You may cancel your subscription at any time with one month’s notice.

3. Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions can be canceled in writing by sending an email to nk@embercode.dk. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period. Any prepaid periods will not be refunded.

4. Free Trial Period
New users are offered a free trial period. When the trial period ends, you will automatically transition to a paid subscription unless you actively cancel before the end of the trial period.

5. User Access and Security
User Registration: You create an account upon registration and gain access to AutoCaster using your login credentials. The user is responsible for keeping these credentials secure and private.

Number of Users: Your company can create multiple users at no additional cost, and you are responsible for managing user access.

Security: EmberCode utilizes advanced security measures to protect your data. Your data is stored on secure servers within the EU in compliance with GDPR regulations.

6. Support
Our support team is available to assist you with any questions or issues regarding the use of AutoCaster. You can contact us via email at kontakt@embercode.dk or by phone at +45 26235626. Our official support hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, though we often strive to respond outside these hours.

7. Right of Withdrawal
No right of withdrawal is provided for subscription services that have been activated. You have the option to test AutoCaster during a free trial period before subscribing to a paid plan.

8. Data Processing and Confidentiality
Data Handling: We process your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR). Your data is used solely for service provision and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Confidentiality: We maintain strict security protocols to protect your data from unauthorized access.

9. Limitation of Liability
EmberCode disclaims any liability for indirect losses, including loss of profits, data, or other economic consequences arising from the use of AutoCaster. EmberCode’s liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service during the current subscription period.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
EmberCode reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated to subscribers via email with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes will take effect from the next subscription period.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from the use of AutoCaster shall be governed by Danish law, and disputes shall be brought before the Danish courts.
